IT Services and AccessMU are migrating their primary web accessibility scanning tool from Level Access AMP to Pope Tech’s Web Accessibility Platform over the coming weeks.
The switch is intended to improve digital compliance and inclusivity across campus by better fitting academic and administrative workflows.
Pope Tech was chosen for its user-friendly interface, modern dashboards, clear visual indicators, and customizable scan configurations for different teams.
The platform is aligned with higher education and uses the WAVE testing engine developed by WebAIM at Utah State University.
Questions or feedback should be directed to the AccessMU Center.
