Be My Eyes and Meta expanded their partnership to let blind and low-vision users connect hands-free through Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta AI glasses. You can now access Be My Eyes Groups completely hands-free through your Meta AI Glasses.
If you’re blind or have low vision, you can now get hands-free assistance from any group of people you have set up, as well as the brands you trust, just by speaking. Just say: “Hey Meta, Be My Eyes with…” followed by the group name or company name. Meta AI will recognize your request and connect you to your trusted contacts or a business from our Service Directory for seamless, real-time support.
Users can now call trusted private groups or reach trained customer support teams at participating global brands, using voice commands like “Hey Meta, Be My Eyes with… “
The new service covers brands and sectors such as retail, telecom, electronics, healthcare, travel, and hospitality, and is available at no cost to the glasses user.
The update builds on Be My Eyes’ earlier volunteer calling feature on Meta glasses and is positioned as a major step forward for accessible wearable technology and customer support.
