Apple Previewed Accessibility Updates

Apple previewed accessibility updates powered by Apple Intelligence for VoiceOver, Magnifier, Voice Control, and Accessibility Reader, coming later this year.

New on-device generated subtitles will automatically transcribe uncaptioned videos across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro, with customizable appearance.

Apple Vision Pro is gaining new accessibility features, including wheelchair control with eye gaze, Vehicle Motion Cues, face gestures, and improved Dwell Control selection.

Additional accessibility improvements include better Touch Accommodations, more reliable hearing aid pairing and handoff, larger text on tvOS, expanded Name Recognition, a FaceTime interpreter API, and support for Sony Access controller in gaming.

The Hikawa Grip & Stand for iPhone is available now in three new colors, with several features and language support rolling out in select regions and languages.
