Pharmavite LLC and related companies settled an accessibility class action alleging their websites were not accessible to blind or visually impaired users under the ADA and similar laws.
The settlement class includes U.S. residents and territories who are blind or have a visual disability, use assistive technology, and accessed or attempted to access the listed websites; no purchase is required.
No cash payments are offered; instead, the companies agreed to improve accessibility on the covered websites to meet WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA.
Class members do not need to file a claim, and accessibility changes will be implemented automatically.
Key dates include an objection deadline of Aug. 13, 2026, and a final fairness hearing on Sept. 29, 2026.
