Hi! I am here with Courtney Cannon, who is deaf and an ASL instructor. I know a little bit of ASL myself, but I’m way out of practice, so I invited her to join me and teach me some signs related to the World Cup. Because we’re right in the middle of the World Cup, we’re getting to the finals, yay! And I want her to teach me some signs. Now you’ll notice that I’m speaking. Courtney’s nodding her head.
She has transcription software or or capt captioning yeah captioning software that allows her to understand what I’m saying. Right. So we are gonna be speaking; that’s why. But in the process of this, Courtney’s gonna teach me some signs. So Courtney, is there anything you wanna say before you start sharing some of these World Cup signs with me?
