Accessible Events Show USA will debut on December 4, 2026, at United Way Worldwide headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, with a simultaneous online experience.

The event aims to provide practical accessibility education, compliance guidance, and inclusive event solutions for the U.S. events industry.

Sessions will cover digital accessibility, hybrid production, assistive technology, WCAG conformance, and related tools and services, with input from experts and disabled professionals.

The show arrives as federal accessibility requirements expand, including a DOJ Title II rule that requires state and local government websites and apps to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards starting April 2027, affecting vendors and contractors too.

Registration, speaker announcements, and sponsorship opportunities will be released later, with more information on the Accessible Events Show USA website.
